By accessing or using PeriNavigatHer™ ("Service," "Platform," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using PeriNavigatHer™, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

1.3 Changes to Terms

2.2 What PeriNavigatHer™ Is NOT

PeriNavigatHer™ does NOT:

Provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
Replace consultation with qualified healthcare providers
Create a patient-provider relationship
Prescribe medications or treatments
Store, access, or review personal medical records
Provide emergency medical services

International Menopause Society (IMS) guidelines
National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines

2.5 International Use & Geographic Limitations

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL USERS:

PeriNavigatHer™ is accessible globally, but you acknowledge and agree that:

3. BETA ACCESS PROGRAM (CURRENT PHASE)

3.1 Beta Program Description

PeriNavigatHer™ is currently in Beta Testing Phase. During this period:

Access is by invitation only or early registration
The Service is provided free of charge
Features and functionality may change without notice
Service availability is not guaranteed
User feedback is actively solicited

3.2 Beta User Responsibilities

As a beta tester, you agree to:

Provide honest feedback about your experience
Report any bugs, errors, or concerns
Not share confidential beta information publicly (if applicable)
Understand that the Service is under development
Accept that features may change or be discontinued

3.3 No Warranty During Beta

During the beta phase, the Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about:

Availability or uptime
Accuracy of information (though we strive for accuracy)
Functionality or performance
Data retention (back up any important information)

3.4 Transition to Paid Service

We reserve the right to transition from free beta to a paid subscription model at any time. Beta testers will receive:

Option to continue using the Service under new terms or discontinue use

4. ACCOUNT CREATION & MANAGEMENT

4.1 Account Registration

To use PeriNavigatHer™, you must create an account by providing:

Valid email address
Password meeting security requirements
Other information as requested (name, age range, etc.)

4.2 Account Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide Accurate Information:

All information you provide must be current, complete, and accurate
You must update your information promptly if it changes
Providing false information may result in account termination

Maintain Confidentiality:

Keep your password secure and confidential
Do not share your account credentials with others
You are responsible for all activity under your account
Use a strong, unique password not used for other services

Notify Us of Unauthorized Use:

Immediately notify us at support@perinavigather.com if you suspect:
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Any security breach
- Any unauthorized use of your password
We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account

Single User Account:

Accounts are for individual use only
Do not allow others to use your account
Do not create accounts on behalf of others
Do not sell, transfer, or share your account

4.3 Account Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

Contacting support@perinavigather.com
Using in-app account deletion (when available)
Following cancellation instructions in account settings

Upon termination:

Your access will be revoked
Your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy
Paid subscriptions will follow the refund policy (Section 5)

4.4 Account Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent activity
Abusive behavior toward staff or other users
Suspected illegal activity
Non-payment (for paid subscriptions)
Extended period of inactivity
Any other reason at our sole discretion

5. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS (FUTURE PAID MODEL)

5.1 Pricing & Subscription Plans

When paid subscriptions launch, PeriNavigatHer™ will offer:

Free Tier: Limited access to basic features
Paid Subscription Tiers: Enhanced features, unlimited questions, priority support, etc.

Current pricing will be displayed at:

During checkout process
In account settings

5.2 Free Trial (If Offered)

If we offer a free trial:

Trial duration will be clearly stated at sign-up
Payment information must be provided to start trial
You will be charged automatically when trial ends unless you cancel
Cancellation instructions will be provided
One trial per user (no repeated trials with multiple accounts)

5.3 Billing & Payment

Payment Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method:

At the beginning of each billing cycle
For any additional fees or charges incurred
Using the payment method on file

Billing Cycle:

Monthly subscriptions: Charged monthly on subscription date
Annual subscriptions: Charged annually on subscription date
Billing date is based on your initial subscription date

Payment Methods:

Credit card, debit card, or other payment methods we accept
You must maintain valid payment information
Update payment info before expiration to avoid service interruption

Failed Payments: If payment fails:

We will attempt to process payment multiple times
You will be notified of failed payment
Service may be suspended until payment succeeds
Account may be terminated after repeated failures

5.4 Auto-Renewal

Automatic Renewal:

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle
You will be charged automatically unless you cancel before renewal
Renewal occurs at the then-current subscription price
You will receive reminder emails before renewal (when possible)

Opting Out:

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in account settings
Cancellation must occur before the renewal date
After cancellation, service continues until end of paid period
No partial refunds for unused time (see Section 5.6)

5.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. For existing subscribers:

You will receive at least 30 days advance notice of price changes
New price applies at your next renewal date
You may cancel before the new price takes effect
Continued use after price change constitutes acceptance

5.6 Refunds & Cancellations

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
You retain access until the end of the paid period
No partial refunds for unused time in current billing period

Refund Policy:

Beta Period: No refunds applicable (service is free)
Paid Subscriptions: No refunds except:
- Technical issues preventing service access (at our discretion)
- Unauthorized charges (report within 30 days)
- Required by applicable law

Promotional Pricing:

Promotional prices apply only to the stated promotional period
After promotion ends, standard pricing applies
Cancellation before promotion ends forfeits promotional rate

5.7 Downgrades & Changes

You may downgrade your subscription at any time
Downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Features may be reduced or removed upon downgrade
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges

6. ELECTRONIC CONSENT & COMMUNICATIONS

6.1 Agreement to Electronic Communications

By creating an account and clicking "I Agree" or using the Service, you consent to:

Receive Electronic Communications:

All agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications electronically
Communications via email, in-app notifications, or website postings
These satisfy any legal requirement for written communications

Electronic Transactions:

Conduct all transactions electronically
Electronic signatures are legally binding
Electronic records are deemed originals

Types of Communications:

Transactional emails (receipts, confirmations, renewals)
Service updates and announcements
Changes to Terms, Privacy Policy, or other policies
Security alerts and important account information

We may also send:

Product updates and new features
Special offers and promotions
Newsletters and tips

Opt-Out:

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
Use unsubscribe link in emails
Update preferences in account settings

6.3 Communication Requirements

To receive electronic communications, you must:

Have internet access
Have a valid email address
Maintain current email address in account settings
Have software capable of reading emails and PDFs
Notify us immediately if email address changes

6.4 Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw consent to electronic communications by:

We will provide a copy of communications in paper form upon request, subject to reasonable fees.

7. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

7.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use PeriNavigatHer™ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

Misuse the Service:

Use the Service to diagnose or treat medical conditions
Rely solely on the Service for medical decisions
Use the Service in place of professional medical care
Share responses as medical advice to others

Abuse or Harm:

Submit abusive, threatening, or harassing content
Attempt to harm minors in any way
Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation
Stalk, harass, or harm other users

Technical Abuse:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code
Circumvent security measures or usage limits

Content Violations:

Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Violate intellectual property rights
Post spam or commercial solicitations
Share sexually explicit or obscene content
Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Account Violations:

Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials
Share account credentials
Sell or transfer your account

7.3 Consequences

Violation of these rules may result in:

Warning or notice
Temporary suspension
Permanent account termination
Legal action (if applicable)
Cooperation with law enforcement

8. PERSONAL HEALTH INFORMATION (PHI)

8.1 We Do NOT Handle PHI

PeriNavigatHer™ is designed to provide general educational information and does NOT:

Request detailed personal medical records
Store specific health information
Access your medical history
Retain identifiable health data
Function as a medical record system

8.2 Do Not Share Detailed PHI

When using the Service:

DO NOT submit:

Complete medical records or lab results
Specific medication lists with doses
Detailed diagnostic information
Identifying health information (specific test results, diagnoses with dates, etc.)
Information about others' health

INSTEAD, ask general questions like:

"What are common treatments for [symptom]?"
"How does [condition] relate to perimenopause?"
"What should I ask my doctor about [topic]?"

8.3 If You Share PHI

If you submit detailed personal health information:

We will not store or retain it
Our AI will provide general educational responses only
You will be reminded to discuss details with your healthcare provider
We are not responsible for any PHI you voluntarily share

8.4 Data Handling

Any information you submit is handled according to our Privacy Policy. However:

We recommend keeping questions general
Do not include identifying information in questions
Sanitize any examples before submitting

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

Information applies to your specific situation
Use of the Service will improve health outcomes
The Service can replace professional medical care

10.3 Medical Disclaimer Incorporated

10.4 Limitation of Liability

For free services (beta), liability is limited to $100 USD

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
